Business Exchange Format
During the RSAA Summit Business Exchange sellers (suppliers) move from table to table.  Buyers (RTOs) sit at their company table throughout the day.  Sellers may bring promotional material (brochures, business cards, etc) to distribute to the buyers.  However storage will not be provided for these materials.
Who's Going to Be There?
The 2012 RSAA Summit is shaping up to be a great event with many receptive tour operators and suppliers in attendance.

The receptive tour operators bring millions of visitors to the U.S. each year and want to talk to you about your product.

The suppliers attending are from around the country. They include national representatives from many of the nation’s largest hotel chains, local hoteliers, domestic tour operators, restaurants, attractions, transportation companies, DMOs and many more.

Appointment Scheduling
Appointment Scheduling ends on January 19th at Noon ET.
During the Summit you'll have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with many of the nation's premier receptive tour operators.  Appointments are scheduled for 10 minutes each.  There are also a number of Business Card Exchanges that will allow you to schedule additional appointments with receptive tour operators once you get onsite.
