The 2010 RSAA Summit has now concluded. A big thank you to everyone involved. It was a great event and we're so glad that you were with us. We'll see you next year in New York City!

The 2010 RSAA Summit will be held in beautiful Orlando, Florida on February 19 & 20, 2010! The Omni Orlando ChampionsGate Resort will be the headquarters for the event.
Registration:
Pre-registration for the RSAA 2010 Summit is now closed. On site registration will open on Thursday, Feb. 18. See the schedule of events below for more details. On site registration is available anytime that the registration desk is open.
If you have any questions, please contact RSAA at 866-939-0934 or headquarters@rsana.com for more details. As of 5 p.m. (EST) on Jan. 29 appointment scheduling has closed. If you register after Jan. 29 there will still be multiple opportunities to schedule appointments and network on-site.
Supplier Member Registration is $495
Supplier Non-Member Registration is $595
RTO Member Registration is $475
RTO Non-Member Registration is $575
Registration includes participation in the business exchange, receptions, lunches and gala.
Buyers (RTOs) that are registered for the Summit may have additional company representatives attend the marketplace only at no additional cost. If a second representative from the company wishes to attend the entire Summit they may do so at the regular cost.

Business Exchange Format:
During the RSAA Summit Business Exchange sellers (suppliers) move from table to table. Buyers (RTOs) sit at their company table throughout the day. Sellers may bring promotional material (brochures, business cards, etc) to distribute to the buyers. However storage will not be provided for these materials.
Who's Going to Be There?
The 2010 RSAA Summit is shaping up to be a great event with many receptive tour operators and suppliers in attendance.
The following receptives have already committed to attend: Amadeo Travel Solutions, Kaluah Tours, HotelConnect, Florida Travel Network, Hotelbeds, The Mark Travel Corporation, New World Travel, AlliedTPro, RMP Travel, Event Travel Solutions, F.M. Tours, Meeting Point North America, GTA North America, Go West Tours, CANAM Receptive, Travalco USA, Tourico and TeamAmerica and receptives are still continuing to register. These tour operators bring millions of visitors to the U.S. each year and want to talk to you about your product.
The suppliers attending are from around the country. They include national representatives from many of the nation’s largest hotel chains, local hoteliers, domestic tour operators, restaurants, attractions, transportation companies, DMOs and many more.

Omni ChampionsGate Resort
RSAA has a number of specially priced rooms ($149) available at the Omni Orlando ChampionsGate Resort. Rooms must be booked by January 25, 2010 to guarantee that rate. Attendees may reserve their rooms by calling 1-800-THE-OMNI and indicating that you are attending the RSAA Summit.
Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista
RSAA has secured another small block of rooms at the Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista. The rate is $129 + tax for a two-room suite and cooked to order breakfast each morning. To book one of these rooms please contact the Embassy Suites at 407-239-1144 and ask for the in-house reservations department. Give them the code "RSA" for the discounted rooms. This is rate is good through Feb. 10. Please note that this hotel is about a 15 minute drive/taxi ride from the Omni.
