Receptive Tour Operators are defined as United States-based companies which specialize in creating, marketing, and selling United States travel products to International Inbound travelers. Receptive Tour Operators have unique knowledge of the countries they serve and of the destinations they sell. A Tour Operator shall be considered a Receptive when the majority of its revenue is derived from Inbound International travelers to the United States.

Jonathan S Zuk founded Amadeo Travel Solutions in 1999, which is the largest Mini Tour Operator in the USA. Mr. Zuk created the motor coach mini tour concept and has set the standard for the industry that is emulated worldwide; he has 25 years’ experience in creating implementing and marketing tour and travel products, and is the recipient of the “Excellence in Export” award presented by the Department of Commerce. Mr. Zuk also serves as on the United States Travel and Tourism Advisory Board.  Veronique Hubert founded TeamAmerica, Inc. in 1997. TeamAmerica, Inc. currently services more than 500 accounts in 45 countries around the world with offices in New York, Miami Beach, Milan, Barcelona and Moscow offering extensive allotments of rooms within the entire United States.

  Gary has been a member of the Colorado Tourism Board’s International Travel Promotions Committee and was instrumental in having RMHTours named as the “Official Receptive Operator” for the marketing promotion group Rocky Mountain International (European Marketing program for the tourism office of Idaho, Montana, South Dakota and Wyoming).  In 2011, Rocky Mountain Holiday Tours was given the “International Travel” Award at the North Dakota Tourism Conference.

Pete Perciavalle brings 16 years of experience in the receptive USA market to his board position at RSAA. Originally from New York City, he got his start in the industry with the former Kuoni New York office, followed by several years at both Allied Tours NY and Travel Systems Abroad NY. Gail Sayadian is the director of global segment sales for groups, tours and meetings at Choice Hotels International, Inc. one of the world’s largest lodging franchisors. A veteran with more than 25 years of experience at Choice Hotels, Ms. Sayadian is responsible for overseeing the group tour, wholesale and group meetings market segments of the travel industry for all ten Choice Hotels brands as well as the Ascend Collection membership program.

Rafael Villanueva joined the Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority in the spring of 1998 as a domestic tourism sales executive and over the past decade has increased the profile of Las Vegas in the Latin American market exponentially.   His current mission is to generate the same synergy of Las Vegas being “The Entertainment Capital of the World” to the expansive global audience.

Tracy Goodson, Certified Travel Counselor, is Sales Director for Disney Destinations, where she is responsible for sales driven by the Receptive Tour Operator channel, for the Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Disney Cruise Line and Aulani a Disney Resort & Spa in Hawaii.  She also leads the Sales Operations and Training teams that support International sales.

Serving as Director of International & Leisure Sales for the Hiltons of Washington, DC since 2004, Renée Youngs is an industry leader in the nation’s capital, representing the legendary Washington Hilton and Capital Hilton hotels.  During her tenure,she was  named to Hilton Hotels & Resorts Circle of Excellence.  Youngs spent many years on RSAA’s Supplier Advisory Committee and received the 2009 President’s Award for Cooperating with Receptive Tour Operators.

An experienced tourism marketing executive, Richard served as vice president of sales and marketing for Gray Line New York Tours for many years before launching his own consulting business.
