RSAA Announces Membership Agreement with Braztoa
The Receptive Services Association of America (RSAA) and the Brazilian Association of Tour Operators (Braztoa) are pleased to announce that Braztoa members will be given international membership in RSAA. This agreement allows Braztoa members access to RSAA member information, educational opportunities, and other member benefits.
“RSAA members view Brazil as an important market today and a vital one tomorrow,” said RSAA chairman Jonathan Zuk. “Our partnership with Braztoa will help our members gain the knowledge, information, and contacts necessary to provide Brazilian tourists with outstanding products and services in the United States.”
“Braztoa is the leading tour operator association in Brazil and we are pleased to welcome them to the RSAA membership,” said RSAA executive director Matt Grayson. “This agreement will provide benefits to RSAA and Braztoa members and help facilitate business between the two organizations.”
Recognized as one of the most important Brazilian tourism organizations, the Brazilian Tour Operators Association (BRAZTOA) brings together the most prestigious companies in the industry. The association currently has 95 members, which account for approximately 90% of tour packages sold in Brazil. Braztoa members include tour operators and firms representing domestic and international products and destinations.
A non-profit organization, BRAZTOA promotes actions and partnerships to add value to the business activities of members and support the sustainable development of the tourism market. The objectives of the association include the promotion of its members in an organized market, with free enterprise and fair competition.
“Braztoa is pleased to work with RSAA and participate in RSAA events such as the recently-concluded RSAA Summit,” said Braztoa President Marco Ferraz. “Braztoa members look forward to working with RSAA members to create new and exciting products for Brazilian travelers.”
